Bonbon Blast — Terms of Use

The game

Bonbon Blast is provided by AN Games for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. It is free to download and play. It contains advertising and offers optional in-app purchases. On iPhone and iPad, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies; on Android, Google Play's terms of service apply.

Coins and purchases

• Coins are a virtual in-game currency. You earn them by playing and by watching optional videos, and you can buy coin packs. Coins can only be spent on boosters inside the game. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money, transferred to another player or moved to another game.
• Remove Ads is a one-time purchase that stops the ads shown between levels on every device using the same Apple ID or Google account. Use Restore Purchases in the shop to apply it again on a new device. Optional reward videos stay available.
• Purchases are made and charged by Apple or Google under their own terms. Refunds are handled by them: on iPhone at reportaproblem.apple.com, on Android through Google Play. Nothing here limits any right you have under consumer law.
• Your levels, stars and boosters are kept on your device and, if you use iCloud, in your own iCloud. Coins are kept only on the device where you have them and are not backed up: deleting the app, moving to a new device or Reset Progress erases them, including coins that were bought. If that happens to coins you bought, please contact us. Remove Ads is not erased; Restore Purchases brings it back on a new device.
• If you are under 18, please ask a parent before buying anything. Parents can block or approve purchases with the device's parental controls.

Advertising

Ads are provided by third parties through Unity LevelPlay. We do not control the content of individual ads, but we ask for ads that are suitable for a general audience and, for players under 13, ads that are suitable for children. If you see an ad you think is inappropriate, please tell us.

What you may not do

Please do not modify, hack, reverse-engineer or redistribute the app, cheat by tampering with saved data or purchases, or use it to break the law.

No warranty

The game is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it working on current devices, but we cannot guarantee it will always be free of faults or available. To the extent the law allows, AN Games is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the game.

Changes

We may update these terms alongside new versions of the game; the current version is always on this page.
