Updated 2 October 2026 · applies to Chromo Rush 1.1.0 and later
Chromo Rush is made and published by Abdulla Alhashmi, an independent game developer ("we", "us"). We decide how the data described in this policy is used and are responsible for it. You can reach us at youtubeabdulla@gmail.com with any question about this policy or about your data.
Chromo Rush has no accounts, no analytics of its own, no game server and no real-money purchases, and we do not sell your data for money. Your game progress is stored only on your device. The game shows ads delivered through Unity LevelPlay, which fills them from our ad partners Unity Ads and Google AdMob. These partners process some device data, such as your advertising identifier, to show and measure ads. They are asked to personalise ads only if you allow it (and, on iPhone, only if you also allow tracking). See "Advertising" and "Your ad choices".
g-…) generated on first launch. It contains no personal information and is never
sent anywhere.Chromo Rush is a single-player game: you race computer-controlled racers on your own device. There is no online play, no account and no game server; your moves and race results never leave your device. An ad never interrupts a race: during a race a video only plays if you tap to watch one, and the ad partners then receive the data described in "Advertising" (see below).
Chromo Rush shows two kinds of ads:
The ads are delivered by Unity LevelPlay, the ad mediation service of Unity Technologies (formerly ironSource). For each ad, LevelPlay picks an ad from one of our ad partners: Unity Ads (Unity Technologies) or Google AdMob (Google). Their software in the app collects the data below and sends it to them; we do not receive it. They use it under their own privacy policies:
The ad partners use this data to deliver ads, to choose which ads to show, to limit how often you see the same ad, to measure how ads perform (which is how we are paid), and to detect fraud and invalid traffic. If you have not allowed personalised ads, we tell them so and they are asked to show only non-personalised ads, chosen from context such as the game and your approximate location rather than from a profile of you; they still process the data above to deliver, limit, measure and protect the ads. Their policies: Unity (Unity LevelPlay, ironSource and Unity Ads), Google and how Google uses information from apps that use its services.
We share data only with these ad partners, only through their software in the app and only for the purposes above, and we never sell it. Each of them is bound by its own privacy policy, its agreement with us and the App Store and Google Play rules to protect that data at least as well as this policy describes.
Ads need an internet connection; the game itself works offline. If an ad cannot be loaded, you simply keep playing. We do not choose the individual ads that the partners show; if you see an ad that seems inappropriate, please report it (see "Reporting an ad").
If you see an ad that seems inappropriate, misleading or broken, use Settings → Report an ad (right below Personalised ads; the one-time "Personalised ads" screen has the same link). It opens your e-mail app with a report to youtubeabdulla@gmail.com that already contains the details of the last ad shown since you opened the game (reward video or ad between races, the ad network, the ad's creative id, the ad unit and the time), the app version and your device's operating system; if no ad has been shown since you opened the game, the report says so. Add what you saw (a screenshot helps) and send it; nothing is sent until you send the e-mail yourself. You can also simply e-mail that address with the game's name, the time and, if you can, a screenshot. We use a report, and the e-mail address it comes from, only to look into the ad (for example to have it blocked through the ad partner) and to reply to you.
You can withdraw your consent to personalised ads at any time (Settings → Personalised ads, and on iPhone the tracking setting), erase the game's data with Reset all data, and ask us at any time what data we hold about you (normally only an e-mail you sent us), or to correct or delete it: e-mail youtubeabdulla@gmail.com. We answer within one month. Depending on where you live, you may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
Nothing in Chromo Rush is sold for real money, and the game contains no in-app purchase software. Coins, gems and cosmetics are earned by playing, including by choosing to watch rewarded videos.
Chromo Rush's content is suitable for all ages (App Store 4+, Everyone / PEGI 3), and the game is intended for players aged 13 and older and is not directed at children under 13. We tell the ad partners that the game is not child-directed. The game never asks for a real name, age, e-mail address or location, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
The game uses network access only for ads. The Android version declares the advertising ID permission used by the ad partners, and on iPhone the game asks once for permission to track (App Tracking Transparency). No camera, microphone, contacts, device location or photo access is used.
When the app changes how it handles data, we update this page before that version is released; the date at the top shows the latest change.
