No. The whole game is playable without signing in, and without an internet connection (ads and purchases need one). Sign in with Apple is optional and only keeps your progress safe if you change device.
If you were signed in with Apple and signed into iCloud, reinstall the app and sign in again — your levels and stars come back. Progress made only on a device where you were signed out lives on that device alone. Coins are not backed up: they stay on the device where you earned or bought them, so a reinstall or a new phone starts with none. If you lose coins you bought, e-mail us. Remove Ads comes back with Restore Purchases.
The game is free and shows an ad between levels. In the shop you can buy coin packs, or Remove Ads once to stop the between-level ads for good. You can also watch an optional video for free coins. Coins buy hammers, shuffles and extra moves; you also earn coins and boosters by playing and from the daily reward.
Open the shop, go to the Coins tab and tap Restore Purchases. The optional free-coin videos stay available after Remove Ads because they are always your choice.
Restart the game first: an interrupted purchase is delivered on the next launch. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com or by Google Play. If something is still wrong, e-mail us.
