Need help with Carrom Crew or Chromo Rush, want to report a player, or want your online profile deleted? E-mail youtubeabdulla@gmail.com. For a Carrom Crew profile, include the friend code shown on the Friends screen. We answer within 2 working days and act on abuse reports within 24 hours.

Signed-in Carrom Crew players can delete their account in the app: Settings → Account & name → Delete account. You confirm once with Apple, and this also ends Sign in with Apple for Carrom Crew. If Carrom Crew still shows in the iPhone or iPad Settings app → your name → Sign-In & Security → Sign in with Apple afterwards, you can remove it there. Carrom Crew players who are not signed in delete their online profile in the app with Settings → Privacy & data → Delete online data, or e-mail us the friend code from the Friends screen and we delete it. Chromo Rush keeps nothing on a server; Settings → Privacy & data → Reset all data erases its data from your device.

Both games show ads delivered through Unity LevelPlay (Unity Technologies, formerly ironSource) from our ad partners Unity Ads and Google AdMob: optional rewarded videos that you choose to watch for the reward named on the button, and a short ad after every finished match (Carrom Crew) or every finished race (Chromo Rush). Those short ads never appear during play, during the lessons or tutorial, or once you own Remove Ads, and a rewarded video only plays when you tap to watch one. If an ad does not load, just carry on playing; there is nothing to fix.

Personalised ads: change your answer at any time with the Personalised ads switch in Settings. Either answer shows the same number of ads. With No thanks (switch off) the game sends the ad partners both the US "do not sell or share" opt-out signal and the European "no consent" signal, so the ads you see are not personalised.
Tracking on iPhone and iPad: iPhone or iPad Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
Android advertising ID: delete or reset it in your phone's settings (usually Settings → Privacy → Ads or Settings → Google → Ads).
Remove Ads in Carrom Crew: a one-time purchase in the Shop that turns off the ads between matches. The game re-applies it automatically when it starts; after a reinstall or on a new phone, use Settings → Restore purchases.
Remove Ads in Chromo Rush: paid with gems you earn by playing, in the Shop; it costs no real money. It is stored on your device, so Reset all data or reinstalling the game resets it.
Report an ad: in either game, Settings → Report an ad (right below Personalised ads) opens your e-mail app with a report to us that already contains the ad network, the ad's creative id and the time of the last ad shown since you opened the game. Add what you saw and send it. You can also simply e-mail us with the game name, the time and, if you can, a screenshot.
A rewarded video gave no reward? E-mail us with the game name and the time.
